I WANT TO PLAY A GAME

With over 300+ board games available to rent and more to supplement the library as new games are made available.

For the table space rental fee, the entire rental game library is made available for the duration of the time within the store. You can pull any game (or several!) from the wall, play as much as you want for the day and return it at the end of your time at Game Masters.

I WANT TO TAKE A GAME HOME

The cost is 10% of MSRP of the game for a one-week rental, with a minimum of five dollars. Late fees can be applied at a similar fee rate. 

When you return the game and have made the decision to buy a new copy of game just rented, Game Masters may rebate the cost, making the rental free!  Note, this only applies if you decide to buy the game when you return it. 

Please note that a number of the games (approximately 20%) of the rental library are games no longer manufactured or out-of-print. The rebate is not applicable for those items. Please ask when renting if this game would be available for a new purchase.

Please be kind and please take care to return them in the shape you took them, with all pieces present at the time of rental.

I WANT TO RUN A REGULAR GAME

Reserve a Table

We strive to make running a game at Game Masters as as simple as possible, but if you have questions, please visit the store, call, message us on Facebook or Discord and we can discuss about the options available.

To book a table, click the button above or call the store to create a reservation request. Be sure to fill out as much information when submitting the form, such as:

• Event or Game Title
• Description of the game to played
• Date and time, you can additionally create recurring events if weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/etc
  • Use the “Schedule Multiple Events” button to generate the reoccurring cadence.
• Category for Open (everyone can join), Looking for Group, and Full (closed)
• Event Tags are customizable and available for Tabletop, Board Games, or Collectable Card Games (CCG) such as Magic: the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, etc
• Table Selection is set to Any, ask when arriving to determine which table you have been assigned.
• The organizer is the person that owns and runs the event/game.
  • Add yourself as the organizer, if you do not exist in the system already, or the name of the contact to manage the event for future contact. Please note an email or phone number is required for the event to be published.
• Cost if there is one other than the store’s table rental fee. This is generally going to be 0.
• Read and note terms regarding submissions.

All submissions require review and approval to appear on the calendar.

Edits can be requested by calling or emailing changes@gamemasterspgh.com; please reference the name of the event to be altered and the changes desired.

Game Masters can rent the store for parties or private gaming events on Sundays.  Please call to discussion availability and options if you are interested.
